They we are looking for an organization that had a Crystal Conversion Capability or Utility and had a proven track record of doing multi version PeopleSoft upgrades.

    A Higher Education institution wanted to understand how to implement position control, commitment accounting, enable salary commitment and do detailed accounting to create the data they needed to have business intelligence needed to optimize their salary vs. part-time / non-fulltime spend under 3 months. Their worry was they did want to manual manage position control and wanted an automated solution to help them automate position creation to hire process.
